The house is located on a quiet new build estate in Halesowen. Birmingham city centre is easily reachable by direct bus and train routes (the bus stop is within easy walking distance and Cradley Heath and Old Hill train stations are 25 min walk or 5 min drive). There are a number of pubs in the area, as well as a large Tesco and Asda, and two leisure centres should you be interested in having a local gym. Haden Hill park is located a few minutes' walk from the house.
