You will be sharing the house with a lovely italian lady who is completing a PHD at Bham uni and a friendly professional male who goes home at weekends to his castle :)
The room is a double with huge built in wardrobes, very bright and airy. You will have use of the family bathroom (no queuing in the morning) as one house mate has their own ensuite!
Dining room, living room, big clean modern kitchen with all the mod-cons and appliances with patio doors leading to a south facing garden, perfect for dining al fresco in the summer months!
The house is fully furnished and you have full use of all its contents all bills included. we only ask that you respect it and keep it clean and tidy.
