Hi I’m Trish and I have a beautiful room available for house share. I own the property and currently rent out 2 of my other rooms to 2 lovely girls, one of which I’ve previously lived with when I lived in the property but now live with my boyfriend! They’re working professionals that work in the local area who work hard in the week, then perhaps off to the gym but also enjoy relaxing and socialising. Everyone is clean and tidy, friendly and fun and I’m not too far away should you need anything.

The house is a 3 storey 4 bed roomed new build in Kings Norton close to public transport, amenities and the motorway. The room available is ‘the penthouse’ as it’s the whole top floor, the only thing that separates it from being a self contained apartment is that the kitchen is on the ground floor !! The sleeping area is very large with a king size bed, bedside cabinet and table where the TV aerial is. You then walk through to the dressing area which has 2 large chests of drawers and the door on the right is the walk in wardrobe so plenty of storage space! The door at the end of the dressing area then leads into the ensuite bathroom which has a separate shower, bath, wc and sink so you won’t have to share any facilities. The room is modern, very bright and airy as it has 2 windows to the front and a large window at the rear in the ensuite.

There is also a toilet on the ground floor along with the fully equipped kitchen and living/dining room. There’s a garage for further storage space and plenty of parking on the drive and outside the house. The garden is neat and tidy and a real suntrap so good for relaxing in and drying your washing. The rent is inclusive of all bills including Sky and WiFi but not phone calls if you use the home phone. There is also a fourth room on the middle floor that is used as a study/laundry room that you would be more than welcome to use.
