Mon-Fri only: Large double room

Large double room and smaller single room in quiet, newish 3 bed house. Monday to Friday only.

Wifi, sky and parking on the drive, all bills included.

You must like cats as you will be living with three! The are friendly and well behaved (well, in so much as you can ever describe cats to be behaved!).

The single room is currently rented out.

The rooms are fully furnished. The double room has a new double mattress, sofa, desk, 2 sets of drawers, under bed drawers and shelves. More or less furniture can be provided depending on your needs.

The single room has a bed, desk, wardrobe and drawer unit. Again, more or less furniture can be provided.

The house has parking on the drive, a shared living room and rear garden (if the weather is okay you can sit out there). There is a main shared bathroom with a loo, bath and power shower and a downstairs loo as well.

Free wireless broadband, sky and all bills included (other than phone calls made).

Great connections and location:
close to the M6, M69, M1, Bedworth, Nuneaton and Coventry. Bus routes are a 10-15 min walk away on Anderton Road and Bedworth road.
Walsgrave Hospital is just 4 miles away.
The Prologis Park Coventry is about 3 miles away.

The area is safe and scenic with the canals and a great pub just a short walk away.

The canals nearby are good for walks and cycling

I’m looking for tidy people who will be prepared to feed the cats occasionally. I will clean the house but not your room as you are renting that so it is your space, and you will need to tidy up after yourself.

I am a professional who works quite a bit in the week so you will have a lot of time to yourself but I don’t mind socialising if you would like to but am equally happy not to. I have recently shared a house with 5 other people and have rented my rooms out before so I am used to communal sharing. I have a good sense of humour and enjoy travelling, gardening and cycling.

The rooms are let Mon-Fri only but with prior arrangement you could probably stay the very occasional weekend or Sunday evening. Sorry, no couples.
