Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with ample parking 2 mins walk from the heart of bohemian Moseley village and its variety of shops, restaurants and bars with Birmingham city centre just a 15min frequent 50 bus ride away. £450 including bills. I will be working and living away but I would like to keep the small room to store my stuff and as an occasional crash pad. I will let tenants know beforehand (no surprise visits).
