We are two young professionals living in a very large 1910-built semi-detatched house on the edge of Moseley. Conveniently located fifteen minutes walk from Moseley Village (bars, pubs, restaurants), we are also just a few minutes walk from Springfield high street (shops, groceries).

Currently living as a group of four, our two housemates are moving out so we are looking for two friendly replacements. We regularly cook and socialise together in the evenings and enjoy nights out in Moseley and central Birmingham, or relaxing in front of a film or out in the garden.

The house has an exceptionally large kitchen and dining room, a very large (eclectically) furnished sitting room and a conservatory leading out onto a large garden with chairs, tables and BBQ. The house boasts five bedrooms (but can only have four tenants) so not only will you have a choice of rooms to move into, but the extra room is useful when guests come to stay.

All bedrooms are fully-furnished double rooms and one has an ensuite bathroom. There are plenty of bathrooms to go round!
