We have a spare room available in an excellent location.

The house comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, 3 bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms, 1 singe bedroom, garage, driveway and front/ back garden good for barbecues in the summer months.

The house is rented as unfurnished but we have furnished the communal living areas.

There are 4 bedrooms but we are renting out two rooms for the price of one as they are slightly smaller than the other rooms. The current tenant uses one as a large wardrobe area.

You will be sharing with two young sociable female professionals.

We are looking for someone to be able to move in within the next few weeks

The house is on a quiet road and there is plenty of free parking. Moseley is a nice village with bars and pubs within walking distance. We are only one street away from Cannon Hill Park and 10 minutes from the city centre. There are also excellent bus links.

Bills:£60 a month for water, Internet, council tax
