Spacious Double Room In Flatshare

I am a live out landlord. I have a 2 bedroom flat in Norton, Stourbridge. The bedroom for let is a spacious double which is furnished with new double bed and lots of wardrobe space, there is a tv ariel point and the whole place has central heating. The living space is large open plan lounge/ dining are. There is a decked balcony which is lovely in summer. The kitchen is new, fully fitted with all you would expect. The bathroom has shower and bath and is newly tiled. There is a secluded private garden to the rear of the property with seating area, lawn and bbq. The other person you would be sharing with is Brad, 30 years old. I have lived with him for 18 months, he is very easy to get on with, clean and tidy and a laid back guy. Ideally whoever moves in would be of a similar nature. There is off road parking and lots of storage space for bike ect. . .Norton is a great area and is close to all amenaties, including bus and train station.
