Comfortable fully furnished double room in my home

A fully furnished double room with double bed. A large shared bathroom with a separate walk-in shower.

Shared kitchen, dining room, sitting room with use of facilities if you want them. There is Wi-Fi and parking.

No smoking in the house but I have smokers here in the past, without it being an issue.

I can provide fresh bedding, towels if required.

My home is in a rural location not far from Nuneaton, Atherstone, Coleshill and Coventry... very quiet however, you will probably need a car as not very frequent bus services. About 20 minute’s drive to NEC; B'Ham Airport; M42; M6 less than 10 minutes away. Nuneaton 10 mins, Coventry City Centre 15-12. Great location for all connections.

This will suit a professional person who is looking for more than a B & B; wanting peaceful, comfortable accommodation in a non-smoking, laid back household. In addition, someone that enjoys a glass of wine or two and has a sense of humour etc. I am not a 'mad cat woman' however, there are 2 young feline residents in the house that will entertain / or leave you alone, if you wish.
