We have 1 room available to rent, and we're pretty easy going, so all's welcome to apply.
About the house:
Its a new house, so all new carpets, bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen is shared with us and has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, double oven and lots of cupboard space, so plenty of room to share.

The room up for rent is an ample size double.
The room is both light and spacious, and on its own separate floor, along with one large bathroom (with a shower). The rooms do come furnished, but you may bring your own things if you have furnishings yourself that you'd prefer.

We have the room advertised for £395pcm inc. bills. This includes TV, Broadband, and the usual bills..

The house is situated very close to a supermarket, local shops and pubs/restaurants. We are 5 minutes drive from the M54 with easy access to the M6, and 5 minutes drive the other way to Wolverhampton Town Centre and shops etc. We have a bus stop 2 minutes walk away and there are 3/4 buses travelling through that are every 6-8 minutes and take 8-10 minutes to get into the city centre and the buzz of all the shops, bars and restaurants. The train station is also less than 10mins away.
