Extended semi-detached house in a quiet grove in a well established residential area. Cable TV and free view, telephone, wireless internet, garden and nice drive. Dishwasher and microwave in kitchen also. Currently I am looking for a lodger who is respectful and considerate of others as am I.. Upstairs there is a bathroom with corner bath in and a shower room with high spec power shower with a sink and toilet in each. Upstairs, in the room available, is a double bed with free view and own TV. There are two double rooms available .One is available now and the second is available New Year.

House is in a well established and quiet residential area with excellent pubs and shops nearby. Town centre under 4 miles away, and easily accessible as bus stops are close and buses are frequent. Close to Birmingham and can catch a train to there. Many public green spaces, and local takeaways.

Looking for someone who is mature and sociable ( from 21-65 years of age) and looks on the bright side of life. No other pets accepted and preferably not a smoker but happy for smoker to smoke outside on patio .
