Room available in Quarry Bank

I bought a house here in Quarry Bank last year and am now looking to rent out one of my rooms. I have a small double room. It is available immediately, but I'm ideally looking for short term tenants (maximum 12 weeks).

The area is quite quiet and is only 10 minutes walk to Merry Hill. The train station is also only 10 minutes and there are regular buses from outside the front door to Merry Hill and Dudley. Quarry Bank High Street is 5 minutes walk away where there is a good choice of shops and had a good bus service across the West Midlands (Walsall, Oldbury, Harborne, but to name a few!)

I'm quite a tidy person and would be looking for someone similar. More than happy for people to have guests round. I can sometimes be away with work for days during the week so you may often have the place to yourself for a while, I just need to be able to trust the person staying in my house to look after it (which I'm sure you would!).

There's a garden at the rear with a patio, most of which is not overlooked. There is a car parking space to the side of the house also which I don't use and you are more than welcome to.
