A room at the Inn

Howdy, thanks for stopping by. My name is Donna, 36 years old student nurse. I live in a nice spacious 2 bedroom house in a quite area of Rednal, near the Licky Hills. The house is close to bus, train and Motorway connections (40 mins to town by bus, 20 by train roughly).

A little bit about the house, the livening room is spacious with dinning area towards the back.

The kitchen is shared, it has a wicked cooker (if you like to cook) a new fridge freezer as well as a washing machine and dryer.

The house is fitted with central heating throughout so is nice and toasty.

The bathroom is shared, sorry no En suit, but has a working shower, toilet and sink.

The room to rent is a double room, would be fine for couples but the price will be different, please contact me if you re interested as a couple.

The bedroom has fitted wardrobes, matching bedroom furniture with a new mattress on the bed. It is a large, light and airy room with plenty of space.

The house has also has wifi and off road parking (pavement)

A little bit about me, I love animals and have a cat and two turtles, I'm veggie and like to cook. I work part time and training to be a nurse so I am hardly at home

I have shared for last year now and I respect other peoples privacy and property and I am looking for the same in return

I am looking for someone who is easy going, tidy, and down to earth.
