Fresh Bright comfy room in shared house

Thank you for visiting this post. I am looking forward to welcoming you to my home. The house is a modern and well kept semi in an established residential area close to M42 and M5 Motorway links, and good transport links to Birmingham City Centre, Redditch and Solihull. I am offerring use of a very pleasant bedroom and shared use of bathroom, living room and kitchen. I can also offer off road parking if required. I have broadband, garden and second wc. I live with my two small dogs, who are old but very well behaved and friendly. They will not have access to your room. The kitchen can be avaialable for the preperation of meals and use of washing machine. Mon - Frioccupancy preffered but weekends considered. I am a very easy going professional woman who enjoys company and have often used this type of accommodation myself. I hope that I can make your stay as comfotable and enjoyable as the experiences that I have had.
