I am looking for a responsible professional lady, I'm a fun, professional 42 year old who has worked hard to own a lovely spacious home! I have a 23 year old cat and am away part of the week & every other weekend, so need someone who is prepared to look after, feed & fuss my old friend 'daisy' as part of the deal! You would have an ensuite in a 4 bed detached house, no other flat mates apart from me, with every amenity you can think of in walking distance, over by Cadburys area of bham, easy access to bham city via A38... Or m42/m5/m6. Not really looking to have guests or party animals 😊 unless pre agreed on the guests, happy to do a short agreement 2 mths at a time to see if it suits both
