Hi, We have a nice cosy double room with a view, over looking the Waseley Hills.

We are looking for a fun professional person who works days to share our detached 6 bedroom property.

This modern furnished room has views of the Waseley Hills / TV with free view and DVD, cumfy sofa chair / plenty of storage space / mirrors / access to 2 bathrooms.

The location is ideal for comutes to Birmingham / Worcester / Bromsgrove & surrounding areas.. Birmingham city center is 12miles away. There are many bus stops within walking distance as well as a train station 2. 5m away in Longbridge. M5 Junction 4 is minutes away so there is lots of access to close towns near by.

You will have the use of a washing area to use at your liesure.

Net access is also wifi in the room and the remainder of the house. Seperate fridge / freezer

Smokers are welcome but would ask to only smoke outside other than that my Dad and I are really chilled.

Dad is 61 and loves to cook and entertain. I am 35 who works days as a Buyer for the automotive industry.

We have a small Beagle that just loves company, so if you like dogs he is great company and loves to play.


The rate is £95. 00 per week to which will include all bills . Telephone is not included.
