The house is a 3 bedroom semi-detached located in a quiet cul de sac, has a driveway if you have a car and is only 5 minutes drive from the M5 and M42 motorways. Longbridge Railway Station is 5 to 10 minutes drive depending on the traffic and the bus terminal is within walking distance (just one minute). It is a few minutes walk from the Cinema, Bingo, Supermarket, Gym and Restaurants.
Journey time to Birmingham city center by bus is approximately 30 minutes.
The bedroom available is furnished with a King size bed, fitted wardrobes, a desk, bookshelves, a vanity unit and a sink.
The house has a large kitchen, which includes electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is a big laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The lounge is nice and spacious. There is also unlimited broadband.
Couples are welcome with a 40% supplement to share the room.
