The house is always warm in winter and has hot water 24/7. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Communal areas are kept clean and tidy. We have a large beautiful garden where we sometimes have barbecues or just sit having a beer in the summer.

Your rooms have Virgin TV with all movie and sports channels in HD and 500 Mb WiFi Broadband, LCD. TV. DVD etc. The option of Netflix There is a double bed with a memory foam mattress.

Birmingham city center is about 25 minutes by direct bus via Bristol Road. The bus stop is less than a 5-minute walk and there is a bus every 5 minutes to the city center. Easy access to Bham Uni, Bournville College is only 5 minutes along the Bristol Road.. Buses also to Bromsgrove, Solihull, Redditch etc. Excellent motorway access. 2 mins Junction 4 of M5 and M42. Safe parking on the drive or outside.

You would be sharing the house with myself and a 22-year-old male. who is a warehouse worker. We all do our own thing, but get on well and share a bit of friendly banter when we meet in the kitchen.

Although I am the live-in landlord I am a friendly character and as it is also my home, so you have the advantage that I am here if there are any problems, or anything goes wrong.

For people who like the countryside, the Lickey Hills are only a 5 minute walk away. This has to be the nicest area in Birmingham, as the city center is only 25 minutes by bus, yet it is situated near to beautiful countryside. There is also a golf course 200 meters away.

Please only calm friendly, chilled people, as we all get along well in the house and respect each other's space and belongings. Down to earth people only, please. No people who think they are better than anyone else and no slobs. Just ordinary friendly people, please.

Smoking is ok by the vented cooker hood in the kitchen., Both of us smoke, but smoking by the cooker hood stops the smell going into the house.

Animal lover required as we have a dog :)
