Short Term/WeekdayLodger:Selly Oak, 5 Min walk UoB

I am looking to short term let or a Mon-Fri Lodger. £400 per month BILLS INCLUDED (not council tax but students are free)though if looking to lodge part the week open to negotiate :)

I have on offer a double size room (currently has single bed in but has had a double size bed in previously)with walk in wardrobe, desk and set of drawers.

The house has 2 living rooms, galley kitchen, utility room and bathroom.

Outside is a long garden with a small patioed area (though the landlord doesn't keep on top of it much!)

I have pet rats and a hamster so am looking for someone who can live in harmony with them as they are often out chilling on the sofa with me!

Looking for someone who is tidy and considerate in regards to noise etc I have lived here for many years so I am well established in the property and as such it may feel like more of a lodger type situation if you wish to take the room.

You would have your own room and access to the kitchen, bathroom, utility room and lounge :)

Have sky broadband and to make things easy as it is short term have included all bills (water, gas, electricity, broadband, TV) in the monthly price as this would be a sub-let agreement. Council Tax would have to be covered by you if applicable.

House is 5 min walk to University of Birmingham campus, Aldi 2 minute walk and Selly Oak train station 8 min walk away.
