Two double rooms available in part-furnished house, Stirchley/Bournville

I live in Stirchley, two minutes walk from Bournville train station.

The house has a reception room/dining room, living room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom, garden, and three upstairs bedrooms. It also has a large loft for storage, and a secure shed in the garden for up to three bikes (one each!)

I have been living in a house share and the contract is coming to an end, my current two housemates are moving out, and I would like to stay, so I am looking for two new people to start a new 6 month contract with me.

I'm 25, a graphic designer and work in the city centre. I like the arts, cycling, running, as well as cooking and even though I'm only 25, gardening! I have an allotment near my house.

The house is owned by a private landlord and rented through an estate agents in Stirchley. Rent is £650 for the whole house (3 bedrooms) and bills are on top. It works out at roughly £300 per room. The estate agents would need to approve the new contract/and would do credit checks and so forth.

The house came as part-furnished, and any new housemates would need to get their own bed if they wanted a double one, the rooms are plenty big enough though! There is one single bed that came with the house ideal for temporary measures. I'd be able to help with finding beds: there's a good second hand furniture shop/furniture charity shop in Cotteridge that often has bargains in it. All other furniture is included as I've bought most of it / been given stuff.

If I don't find two other people then I'll be looking for a room in a shared house and selling up my furniture/white goods, so I'd rather not move if I don't have to :)
