Hi, my name is gaz.
The house is furnished to a high standard, very clean and tidy, with driveway, garage and a nice garden.
you will have your own private bedroom and bathroom, and will be able to share the office, kitchen, living room and gardens with myself. i am in my early 20's, and have lived alone for many years.
my ideal 'room mate' would be of a similar age, with similar standards of living, who i can trust while im away.

i work very unsociable hours , often 7 days per week, and 15 hour shifts, and rarely have weekends off, so if you work 9-5, you would have a 3 bedroom house to yourself most of the time.

the houses location is perfect for commuting, with good links to anywhere in the midlands. close to local amentites inc shops bus routes and train station.
