House is central heated, with constant hot water and double glazed throughout in a quiet area, close to a few shops and not far from Stourbridge town centre. Excellent transport links – Stourbridge train station and bus station are within close walking distance.

There is a large kitchen with dining table, washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave and lots of cupboard space. There is a large lounge, bathroom (shower and bath), conservatory and large garden front and back.
