I have a room to rent as a house share. I am a busy self employed professional currently working away and am renting out a room along with shared use of my spacious kitchen (equipped with washing machine and dishwasher) and bathroom (with bath and seperate electric shower). The house has central heating and is double glazed. It has a comfortable sitting room which is available for use by my lodger.
The room is furnished with a double bed (bedding not provided) and ample storage space including a chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and linen cupboard.
I am looking for a working person (shift work ok) Sorry no DSS.
The rent includes gas and electric (capped to a sensible maximum use) water and council tax.
The house is currently for sale so no long term lets are available and the house must be kept clean and tidy ready for viewings but these will be carried out by the estate agent with notice provided so will not affect the lodger. I am offering upto a 3 month rental contract continuing on a rolling month basis until house is sold. 2 months notice will be given in the event the house sells.
The house is on a bus route so easy access to city centre/ university. There is Tesco Express and Co Op and a couple of pubs within walking distance and Asda, Morrisons and Sainsburys all within a short drive. There is space in the front garden for a motorbike and behind the property there is ample off road parking in the car park of the nature reserve. There are plenty of local walks in the reserve along the canal or old railway line and into the woods and meadows.
This room is vacant and available for viewing immediately.
