A double room available in a shared house. The property is a traditional semi detached on a corner plot on a tree lined road. The property is in a sought after quiet location close to local bus and rail transport. There is off road parking and a large private garden. There are currently two reliable friendly and easy to get along with housemates living in the property. Me - 26 (homeowner) and stacey 24. We are both professionals with good jobs but also know how to have fun and a good time. We are looking for someone who is easy to get along with and is reliable , clean etc. The usual housemate requirements really. Feel free to enquire and arrange a visit.

If your applying as a couple then rent will be an extra 50% so £450 a month.
