We have two great rooms to let in our lovely modern detached house set in a cul de sac. One single room with full en suite bathroom on the ground floor this room is very self contained. Room 2 is a large double, bright and airy room with windows at both ends, newly decorated with sole use of a luxury new seperate bathroom.

There is a very sunny, attractive garden and it is in a quiet, very pleasant residential area with very easy access to bus routes for commuting into Walsall town centre or Birmingham/Lichfield and the West Midlands area.

We can offer if required part board facilities Monday-Thursday evenings (from a trained chef!). We enjoy having overseas students or interns who are looking to live within a friendly environment and/or improve English language skills.

We want to enhance and make your stay in the UK an enjoyable one :)
