One of the co-owners has moved out. You will be living with the other co-owner, and another lodger.
Price includes all bills so budgeting is easy, and we have high quality Virgin broadband/TV. On street parking is readily available. The neighbours are great.
New lodger preference is to be part time, hence Monday-Friday selected. Staying at weekends on occasion would be possible, however the price and listing are reflective of our preference for the lodger to be a professional using the house as a base during the week.
