I'm looking for a fun and reliable flatmate. The room is a spacious double.

The fully furnished flat is clean, well presented and homely. There is a separate bathroom and toilet, large living room and two good sized double bedrooms. It has gas central heating and gets lovely and warm as it's on the first floor. It also has double glazing, a new kitchen & bathroom and a garden.

Council tax is included. Smoking is a no-go inside the flat but not a problem outside in the garden.

There is one car parking space which gets filled up fairly quickly, but plenty of room to park on the roadside by the flat.

Area is very peaceful, near to shops, couple of pubs and a short walking distance to bus stops - one bus ride to Wolverhampton town, two to Birmingham.
