House recently refurbished to a high standard. All rooms are very large except one and all have broadband (free) ethernet connections (wireless throughout house also. There is a communal living room with SKY t. v with comprehensive channel package. Two bathrooms each with power showers (one with bath) and hot water on demand. House has central heating throughout and double glazed windows.

Current tenants are all easy to get on with and look forward to sharing with two new tenants.

All bills are included in the monthly rental. I (landlord) am responsible for all bills such as gas, water, electric, council tax etc, so that tenants are free of need to organise splitting of bills etc and hassle of contact with these companies/authorities - Relax and leave all that to me!
