The area is very nice and peaceful, only 10 minutes away from Wolverhampton city centre on the bus and only 4 minutes from Pristfield tram stop. On the tram it's only half and hour into Birmingham City Centre. I am looking for a responsible person (woman) to share the bills with. As my flatmate you should expect equal share of the household chores such as cleaning the flat and taking out rubbish.
