As we say goodbye to our dearly departed friend (...he's not dead, just taking the engagement plunge) we now have a room available to rent in our three bed home.

The right candidate would share with us; two trustworthy, respectful and friendly house mates.
Young professional but fun environment. Dedicated landlord and well kept property less than ten minutes walking distance to the City Centre.

The room is of fair size and could, if needed, support a double bed.

We have central heating, electric shower, washing machine, etc. and an extra separate toilet upstairs.

We are ideally seeking someone who would be staying in the area long term, who could benefit from our eclectic and intellectual (sometimes) company. Someone who we could end up friends with rather than just another name on the bills.
