Room available to a professional

Hi i have been renting my room out for many years but my recent lodger who was with me for four years has recently left so i'm missing the extra cash. I am looking for a professional so no students as have been stung in the past. I'm a very sociable professional who is out of the house quite a lot of the time and very easy going. I exercise a lot of trust as my house is very important to me but really appreciate the added security of having a lodger in. I have internet and Sky Sports & Movies and am OK with lodgers having small groups of friends over. Usual informal agreement of occasionally making space if cooking a special meal for a girlfriend or entertaining friends. A lot of things are negotiable so no problem really. I am 50 yrs old but am a youth worker so very used to lively young people. Amenities are all shared included iron, washing machine, kitchen utensils etc There is a bathroom upstairs as well which is handy and a garden that catches a lot of the sun in the day. A Chinese takeaway, chip shop, late night off license, petrol station a minutes walk away as well as a local bus that takes 10 mins to reach the town centre.
