This is a pleasant room in a lovely neighbourhood. It has a single bed a desk and storage.

This household would suit a professional person, PhD student or s student looking for somewhere quiet to complete their final year.

The house has a lovely big garden and is close to the city center. We have a train station 10minutes away for those wanting to explore Birmingham (UK) 25minutes away or london 90minutes. This is a ideal location for exploring shropshire and the Black Country. We are ideally situated for exploring Ironbridge, Bridgenorth and the surrounding countryside,

Please note the cost does not include bed breakfast, is for single occupancy with no overnight guest.

How to find us:
Traveling by Rail: Wolverhampton is 90mins from London Euston
Traveling by Air: At Birmingham Airport you will find a frequent, direct train service. This take approx 40 mins. A taxi from the station to our house should cost around £4-5. 00.

Traveling by Road: We are just a short distance from the M5 (J2) and the M6 (J10/13) - we will happily provide more specific directions nearer the time.

There is a TV monitor in the room with a portable ariel, best used for watching DVDs

The Neighbourhood
The house is situated in a affluent neighbourhood. Close to local high schools and some nice green areas. We are close to the city centre, the main city park, and the local football club training ground and main stadium.

Getting around
There is a regular bus service 5 minutes walk away. Local intercity train route that the local bus will take you close too also.

Other Things to Note
I am happy for you to use the washing machine. But use our own detergent please.

There is a resident cat living here, that is NOT allowed in the bedroom.
