Seeking two people, perhaps a couple or maybe two friends/colleagues who would like to rent both of the two rooms in my house – you'll have a house to themselves with no other lodgers and no live-in landlord! This is an attractive and welcoming semi-detached house with two bedrooms(one double and one single room.)

The houseowner will not be living at the property. She is looking for two responsible people to rent the house. It is available from mid-July preferably for a long-term letting (but I would consider shorter-term let over the summer. Some flexibility around dates is possible.

There are NO agency fees.
Deposit is very reasonable(£250 per person)
Council Tax is lowest band (£12 per person per week)

The house:
Downstairs has a lounge, kitchen, utility room and small dining room. Upstairs is small but functional, with the two bedrooms and a cosy bathroom!

The house is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a decent sized driveway with parking for two cars and a small, private back garden.

It is set in a well-kept quiet cul-de-sac, with lovely neighbours, in a pleasant part of Pendeford just 2 mins walk from Morrison’s supermarket and bus terminus (10 min bus ride into Wolverhampton City Centre). Very regular buses and good transport to Wolverhampton, Stafford, Telford and motorways.

The cost:

Double Room: £69 per week for the room, plus £30 per week for household bills.

Single Room: £59 per week for the room, plus £30 per week for household bills.

The house owner takes responsibility for payment of all bills (gas/elec, telephone/wifi, TalkTalk TV package, water rates, TV licence, you just pay your £30 contribution. The only extra cost for tenants is to pay their own Council Tax (c £12 each per week). There is nothing else to pay for in this warm, cosy house.
