The property is modern and well equipped and is in in a quite close with both on and off road parking available. Transport connections are good with several bus routes available and bus stops within 200 yards of the house. These have good connections to Stourbridge, Wolverhampton, Dudley and beyond.

The double room benefits from double glazing and central heating. As well as being clean, warm and freshly decorated (please see pictures). It is at the rear of the property and is quite and not overlooked with a pleasant outlook to the rear.

It is furnished to a very high standard with high quality pine bedroom furniture and a good quality and very comfortable double bed.
