We have two bedrooms available for rent.

One beautiful double available upstairs with ensuite and own living room area. The second bedroom available is a double ground floor room with a bathroom with bath, shower and loo, and another seperate loo next door.

The cottage is North and South facing, giving you fantastic views of the valley on the north side and the South Downs on the south side.

The hallway leads into a large family room with vaulted ceilings, beams and kitchen attached.

The entire groundfloor has bifold doors along the north side leading onto the patio and garden, incredible views of the valley and the sheep in the adjacent fields.

The cottage is set 1/4 mile off Henfield road, offering complete seclusion and privacy, with parking for 4 cars.

Hassocks train station is only a couple of miles away and there are direct links by train, car or bus into London and Brighton.

We work hard during the week and go out occassionally at the weekends. We're looking for a relaxed couple or single woman aged 20-35 who are happy to take things quietly during the week and unwind every now and then at the weekend.

Deposit is £750. Groundfloor fully furnished. Kitchen comes with: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and cooker. No pets.
