Double Room To Rent Near Chichester Bognor Arundel

hi i have a large ish double room to rent its fully furnished including a king size double bed, south facing in a very quiet cul du sac, Chichester is less than ten mins drive, as is Arundel, i have a friend already living with me you will be sharing a bathroom with only him as i have my own i have my son stay half of the time he is very sweet and low maintenance you will hardly know he is around,"unless you trip over one of his inventions :)" the house is large the kitchen is large and lovely myself and my friend are very clean and tidy so the same will be expected of you, its just nice and fair on everyone that way, we have all you need here washing machine tumble dryer WiFi etc.... im very laid beck and looking for an easy going house mate, i dont ask for a deposit, i will only take on a house mate i feel i can trust so all i ask is one months rent in advance, there is plenty of safe parking here, if you wish to know any more please get in touch
