Descent sized double room to rent in North Bersted, near to Halford's, Sainsburys, the new Rolls Royce factory and M&S foods stores etc, and about 1.5 miles from town centre.

Room has bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet supplied.

Must like dogs and cats as I have one of each who have the run of the house except the room to let.

Wireless broadband included & sky in sitting room, multi room could be added at tenants cost. full use of kitchen (inc washing machine) conservatory, garden and bathroom.

Happy to share with any age group, I really don't feel or act my age :)

£350 pcm all bills included including council tax.

Roommates own pet considered.
