I currently have a double room available in my 3-bedroom house in Pagham (Bognor Regis). It comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and draw units. The rent is £100 p/w with a £200 deposit. The room will only suit someone looking for short term or flexible accommodation as my house is currently on the market. Because of this, rent will be paid on a weekly basis and there will be no need to give me advanced warning when you wish to move out. I currently have one other housemate who is staying with me on this basis.
All bills are included and housemates will get use of wi-fi and all standard utilities.
