One very large room available for ONE person in 3-bedroom Bognor Regis house. All bills included. Shared Living room/kitchen/dining room/bathroom/garden/off-street parking & free street parking/Very Fast Fibre Broadband Wi-Fi. Very quiet residential cul-de-sac road (no through traffic).

16 min walk from Bognor train station/town centre or 5 min cycle ride, 4 min by car/taxi. Just over 5 miles to Chichester (12min drive). The Arena sports centre is 4 mins walk (gym, pool etc)

ROOM 1: AVAILABLE. Must be a clean, considerate person (as you'll be sharing kitchen/bathroom/lounge it's important to clean up after yourself). Double bed with 2 drawers, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, laminate flooring, black-out curtains, lamp.

ROOM 2: TAKEN - NOT AVAILABLE. Friendly Romanian guy lives here, very quiet, in his 30's, Deliveroo driver who works long hours. Doesn't cook. Smokes outside. Furniture in room: Single bed with 2 drawers, chest of drawers, wardrobe, lamp, laminate flooring. Space for small desk if desired.

ROOM 3: TAKEN - NOT AVAILABLE. Friendly Spanish guy lives here, quiet, in his 40's, works night-shifts, smokes outside. Furniture in room: Small double bed with large storage underneath. Chest of drawers. Clothes rail. Bedside cabinet.

3 month minimum stay (will consider short term offers).
2 weeks notice required when moving out. Would need to see proof of job (e. g letter from employer or wage slip), proof of identity (e. g. passport).

Sorry but no pets, no couples. No smoking in house (smoke in back garden). Require someone who can occasionally help out with keeping the house clean & tidy :)

Bathroom: Shower. Water softener (no limescale), WC & wash hand basin.
Dining room: Table & chairs. Clothes airers.
Kitchen: Miele washing machine, microwave with grill, gas cooker with 4 hobs/2 ovens/grill/extractor fan, large Miele fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, plates/bowls/cutlery/pots/pans etc.
Living Room: TV, sofa, armchairs, coffee table.
Garden: Full access to sunny south-facing rear garden & front garden (off-road parking).

16 min walk to Bognor train station (0.8 mile), 4 min by car or 5 min by bus or bike.
9 min walk to Co-op supermarket or 10 min walk to Tesco.
3 min walk to Arena Sports Centre (gym/pool/climbing).
5 min walk to catch bus to Chichester/Littlehampton.
2 min walk to catch bus to Bognor Town Centre.
20 min train ride from Bognor to Littlehampton.
