Double room, living room, home from home.

I have a Double room and living room to rent in a four bed house in Felpham, Bognor Regis.

Essentially I'm looking for someone who wants to live in a home, not just rent a room in a house. By that I mean I want someone to feel at ease, not that they have to scuttle about in the kitchen then back up to their room.

There are currently two of us here (me, plus Oliver my current lodger). My other lodger, Luke, found love and has moved on.

We are pretty sociable but the house is big enough to get away from it all if you want to. There is a lounge with a TV and a separate dining room. There's also a south facing, garden you're welcome to use, as well as the rest of the house of course.

I've recently refurbished the house to a modern standard.

We're all working professionals, which is why there's a cleaner so there are no arguments over precious time off/who's cleaning the bathroom. However, the cleaner does only do the communal areas.

The room has a double bed and fitted wardrobe. It looks out onto the back garden and is very quiet.

The house has all mod cons: living room with TV and BT Vision channels, a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, power shower (the best in the world!) and bath and Wi-Fi, but no phone.

The house has a bus stop a 30 second walk around and has plenty of off-road parking. It is is a 10 minute walk from Tesco Express, two minute drive to A259 and around a 7 mile drive from Chichester so perfect for commuting. The beach is about a mile away.

Rent includes all bills - gas, electricity, water, cleaning, Wi-Fi, toilet rolls and hand soap.

Pets
I have a cat, Magic, but the house is big enough that you can be involved with him or not, it's entirely up to you.
