I need help to cover dog care when I travel and, in exchange am offering a double room in a large airy house 200 -250 yards from the shore line for a reduced rent (bills, wifi etc included).
House is currently occupied by owner (professional woman in her 50's, who works internationally)plus one other lodger (male 40+).
Facilities include: off street parking, wireless internet access and large garden. Garage available for storing bikes etc.
Applicants MUST want to help care for the dog in my absence eg walking, feeding etc.
