Hi there, I am looking for a tenant to fill a double room in a newly refurbished house in Bosham as I am leaving Chichester to work in London.
The house is a two bed with the other room already filled with my current lodger Emily, who works as a corporate events planner at an agency in Petersfield.
Emily is tidy and outgoing and enjoys sailing, windsurfing, sea swimming and waterskiing. She's previously lived in Greece (working as a sailing instructor) Venice (studying art history) and Switzerland (ski season).
I will be looking for a minimum 6 month commitment to the property and will need you to sign a shorthold tenancy agreement before moving in.
The house has off road parking, garden with decking and new utilities.
I am looking for someone to move in before the beginning of June.
