Mature Student/professional person to share a homely house situated in the lovely village of Boxgrove. The house is ideal for those who like to live just outside the city and love the outdoors - Goodwood is right on our doorstep and great countryside walking/running/biking all around and the sea is not far away.

One spacious furnished room available to rent on a house-share basis. The semi-detached house is located in the village of Boxgrove, which is a short bus or car drive to Chichester. It’s also cyclable; mainly on cycle paths. Boxgrive is pretty much mid-way between Barnham and Chichester train stations. Barnham is a very convienient station to get everywhere – all trains stop at Barnham! Just over an hour to London, just over 3 hours direct to Bristol and 40 minutes to Brighton. Local amenities in Boxgrove are limited to a village store (2 minutes away and a local pub about a 5-10 minutes walk away. There is a coop and post office in close by Tangmere.

The spacious room can be rented furnished, semi-furnished or unfurnished depending on any furniture you may have. Currently the room has; a single bed (due to change to double), built in hanging space, chest of drawers, shelving unit, bedside set of drawers, lamp, table, rocking chair and west facing window (overlooking the garden), so lots of daylight.

Shared areas are furnished and offer spaces to socialise or find some personal quiet time. There is a good sized sitting room with a dinning room table, open fire, TV and a very homely cosy feel. From the sitting room there are double doors giving access to a large, private (sunny) garden with a pond, BBQ, washing lines, shed and sitting area. The fully equiped kitchen has a washing machine and fridge freezer. Leading off the kitchen is a downstairs toilet and a utility room which is ideal for storing bikes, boots and other outdoor gear. The bathroom is fully fitted with bath and shower. The house also has a small spare room. There is on-street parking outside the house.

The rental rates are inclusive of all bills including unlimited broadband. Deposit is one month rent in advance. One month notice is required as standard, on leaving.
