Student wanted ... room is available from 2nd Sept 2016... Small cosy single room (2. 4m x 1. 9m) to rent in family home. We are located in the Broadwater area with easy access to Northbrook College and Worthing College campus's. Price of £130/week includes breakfast, evening meal, bills and use of washing machine. During college holidays £75/week retainer (this not payable during the summer break). My partner and I both have children aged 13-16 who are with us at various times. We have rented out the room on this basis for the past 5 years. If you are interested give us a call. Rent is payable every 4 weeks in advance.
