This is the chance to rent a lovely sunny south facing room in our conveniently located family home.

The room has free sat TV with built in DVD and unlimited free wifi. It has good storage space with a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

We are a family of three, Ros Richard and our five year old son Alex. Our house is spacious and has a large kitchen and garden (I am a gardener so the garden is much loved and we see it as another room!)We also have a separate dining room so there room for everyone to have their own space. We have three cats and a guinea pig who are very much part of the family so you will need to like animals. We are a relaxed family who enjoy meeting new people and socializing over a meal and a glass of wine. We also enjoy reading and watching films. We are less than 5 mins walk of Northbrook college and less than 10 mins walk of Worthing station.
