Our house is a large, beautiful, Victorian spacious house in great location: prime residential, green leafy tree-lined avenue, only 3-4min walk to mainline Station (50min London, 15min Brighton, 20min Gatwick).

Easy 5/10 min walk for local businesses, shops, buses, taxis, cinema, gym, gastro-pubs, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, Waitrose etc. & free bus to Tesco.

Victoria & Sheddingdean Business Parks & Triangle Leisure Centre about 15min walk or easy bike ride.
