Bedroom With King Size Bed And Small En-Suite

I recently bought my property and needing extra income to fix driveway and tidy outside of property, which is a bit of a mess at the moment after i had a small extension built. Bedroom is at the back of the house, quiet overlooking garden. There is plenty of wardrobe space and TV/DVD, nice light room, with small en-suite, which has a toilet, small sink and shower. House is clean and modern with wood burner and all appliances.. All bills are included but not food. I'm pretty quiet professional, go to bed earlish and enjoy my own space. There is free on road parking outside and its a 7min walk to Wivelsfield train station and 15/20 minute walk to Burgess Hill station.
I'm looking for either a single professional lodger or a couple ( extra cost for 2 people Add £200 pcm) who are clean and tidy, enjoy their own space too. This is my home so want trustworthy and honest people, guess that goes without saying. I have a partner who often stays over and a grown up son who often stays over too. House has living room, bathroom, dining room and kitchen downstairs and 3 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Happy for 7 days a week or mon-fri. Available possibly 8th Oct 2016
