In a friendly and welcoming house there is currently a furnished double room available. The house is only about a 15 minute walk into town and/or hospital and easy reach of A27 and Sainsburys.

Housemates share kitchen, dining room/lounge, bathroom, second toilet and garden. The room has a double bed, drawers, a wardrobe and bookcase. Free residential parking is also available.

Rent is £380 per month which includes all bills except electricity, as this is split between us each quarter.

When we're at home (!! and not at the gym, out with friends or doing watersports), we are the type of house who enjoys relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine and DVD, chilling out in the lounge and sharing meals together.

This room would suit a friendly female who is happy to live in a house with Christian values.
