Hi, I have a large double room for rent as of the 1st March within 10 minutes walk of Chichester city centre.

Rent is £525 per month, all bills included

The house is fully furnished with shared living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. Wireless broadband is available throughout the house. There is also a good sized garden and off road parking at the rear of the house.

I live and own the house so the new lodger needs to be employed, polite, respectful of others and tidy.

Smoking is not permitted in the house but is fine in the garden.

The room is for single occupancy so couples need not apply.
