Easy going lodger wanted, for room in a flat near the center of Chichester and in a nice area.
I am pretty easy going and tend to keep myself to myself. When I am at home I spend a lot of time in my room.
I would prefer a professional, although don't mind students. The place is kept tidy and I have a cleaner that comes once a week for 2 hours.
I have a good sense of humour and active social life, but I don't regulary have guests at home and certainly no parties. I expect payment in advance. The room is not furnished, but has a large built-in wardrobe, so a bed would be the most necessary furniture for you to obtain. I also have 2 cats, one is a friendly kitten and the other is older and spends all day outside.
